The Protocol "guarantees immunity of buildings of the PABSEC, its archives, property and assets, as well as privileges and immunities to the representatives of parliaments of the participating States and personnel of the PABSEC International Secretariat who take part in the work of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation".
Implementation of the Protocol will facilitate cooperation between the member-countries of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0105.
